Lake Thomas A. Edison is our primary base camp, but you may also begin your trip from Florence lake if your destination is closer to that base camp. We are located approximately 90 miles North East of Fresno County. The last 25 miles is a one-lane road on which you will be traveling an average of 15 miles per hour. We ask that you please be courteous to other drivers when traveling on this road. You will most often need to pull into turn-outs for others drivers to pass.
